Once you have confirmed your appointment , our specialized store staff will welcome you in one of our Victoria stores (Valencia, Madrid or Seville) and will help you find the dress of your dreams. Once we have your final choice, we will take your measurements to proceed with the order. We will make the dress from scratch with all the changes or adaptations you want.At this time you will have to pay 50% of the total amount of the dress.
We adapt your dress to you
Once your custom-made dress has arrived at the store, we will give you a new appointment for your first fitting. You will also be able to find bridal accessories perfect for every dress.
You need to have all the extras for the day of the test so that we can adjust as much as possible, for example shoes, accessories, updo style, etc.

Two weeks before your wedding date, we will call you for a second test with the idea that the result is always what you expect, adjusting as much as possible to the changes in your body in recent days.
A few days later, your dress will be ready for pick up. On the day of delivery of your dress, you will have to pay the rest of the amount*.
