SHIPPING IN SPAIN

Shipping costs will vary depending on the purchase amount and the shipping destination. In cases where shipping is not free, the shipping price will be recalculated at the end of the purchase.

The delivery time is between 1 to 7 business days , except for our Victoria Gowns. and Bridalada gowns , which are produced to order and have an estimated shipping time of 15 business days, and the garments are in good condition. Pre-Order, bridal accessories, the Prêt à Porter Bridal collection, and the New Jamaica model will have a maximum production time of 20 business days.

All products purchased through the 'pre-order' option are made from scratch once the customer has placed their order. As there are no units available, Victoria makes the model when the customer orders it. This is why the production time can take up to 20 working days (4 weeks), although we will always try to keep it as short as possible.

The client will have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the return or exchange of the product, provided that it is in perfect condition.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

So far we are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping to our international orders, although we are working hard to offer this option to our international clients as well. Meanwhile we are offering from €5.95 shipping rate for international orders.

International orders are governed by the DAP shipping policy. The client assumes the expenses derived from customs taxes and duties that the courier company may claim.

For exchange and returns, the client will be asked to organize the shipping of the parcel directly until our logistics warehouse within 14 days from the order delivery date.
